On full-colour images each colour separation of the image can not overlap entirely. They have to be suitably moved with respect to itself. Dislocation of halftone screens on each separation we get through changes of it screen angle. A bad arrangement of angles of scren can cause a moire patterns, which entirely disqualifies final printout. That is way in flexographic printing we have to take into consideration both screen angle and additionally screen frequency.
In flexography we use following screen angles for each process inks: cyan - 7,5°, magenta - 67,5°, yellow - 82,5°, black - 37,5°.
Additionally in flexography we apply more often than not screen frequencies: 30, 32, 34, 40, 48, 52, 56 line/cm. A screen frequency is determined by parameters of printing machines.
Keeping in mind these rules you can prepare your work and send it to our server ftp.
