Our company specializes in producing state-of-the-art flexographic and elastomer forms using flat-dot technology. The selection of a proper printing plate is essential; therefore, our technicians will pick the appropriate plates for printing your packaging, taking into account parameters such as its thickness, hardness, and resistance to abrasion and various chemicals used in the process of printing.
Our stock includes digital and analog plates of the following thickness: 1.14 mm, 1.7 mm, 2.54 mm, 2.84 mm. Apart from flat forms, we also produce “in the round” printing sleeves after selecting their type and thickness as well as an appropriate fixing system customized to the specific flexographic printer to be used for the project.
Together with our Clients, we select the appropriate type of compression foam and adjust the design to be printed with an appropriate printing roll. We prepare printing plates with appropriate screening systems, e.g., Maxtone®, Maxtone CX®, or Staccato®. Appropriate parameters are selected to ensure proper screen dot grid cutoff.
Good screen dot grid printouts require the proper selection of screen ruling and the minimal size of the screen dot, which in our case can be as small as 0.4%. However, the proper selection of screen dot size is not all; of equal importance is the printing of lights, halftones, shadows, and uniform color areas. For these purposes, we offer you our own solutions for flexographic plates, e.g., DC Flexo – surface structures responsible for eliminating the grain and approach effects. This will make your products stand out on the store shelf and become inimitable for the competition.
It is worth noting that, after the plates and printing sleeves are produced, they are carefully examined in our quality assurance department. If the examination reveals no faults in the matrices, a certificate is attached to the package, guaranteeing their highest quality.
